Detroit - Page 207 - Venues & Communities -- Two Plus Two Poker Forums

I'd be down for a split pot RxR of $1/$2 PLO8 and $5-$10 Stud8. The last few times that ran, the Stud8 was a draw for new players. While the pots aren't as explosive, the average Stud8 pot is larger than the average PLO8 pot.

I would love to have this run again, but I like Stud8. @steeser, I would play the PLO8, PLO, NLHE RxR fwiw. I'm with you, I don't think it would run.

im down for whatever. Ive been playing mixed games at a home game once a week for a few years. Been playing tahoe, pineapple, crazy pineapple, Big O, NLO8, NLO7, Spread limit stud H/L, two board hold em, razz..

We play dealers choice but I like the idea of picking three games and doing a round by round rotation. Then if it gets boring adding a new game or dropping a new game.

Once you make up your mind a mention on Cada's site and MPM should fill two+ tables with other than NLHE.

When I got to palace last night 7:30ish I was 5th on list for RxR and didn't get called until around 1am, so did not get to play. I did book a 500 night at the 1/2 tbl(s) they do a must move system for 1/2 lol. Saw they had 3/6 o8 and quite a turnout for their 10r tourney. Dealers were pretty decent, room was kinda "dirty" but huge, think they run some .5/1 games. All in all I'd go back but it's no gem

I was talking about the meet up but any Saturday is cool with me. As a standard though, we should just let the "table" decided imo. Whoever is there can figure it out. That is how we have done it in the past and I think it works the best iykwim

Im in for some horse/td. If we could get the location early, thatd be fantastic. I live in suburban AA, and as it seems these non-NL games take place at Cadas/Snookers/Papas, which is a haul. It takes an hour to get out there from where I'm from, so hearing about the game as or right before it is happening doesn't really help. I'm sorry to be so bitchy about it, I just really like mixed games and I hate missing out.
I'm cool with a mix with HORSE or HOSE and PLO/NLHE/PLO8 too! Any interest in that?

Not sure who's who but it was the most comotion i've witnessed coming from a 3/6 limit game of any type, cracked me up. The "clientele", well, needless to say I didn't really see any suits or harvard alumni bumper stickers in the parking lot, but was a few that had the gamboool in their blood.
