If you plan to arrive 'day of' then I would shoot for at least 90 minutes before 1100, and perhaps even earlier. The 1100 start will be a new thing there as well so I'm not sure how players will react. With the 1000 start for the 5th Sunday tournaments they are on alternates by 910 almost every time with more and more players pre-registering. I don't know if this is a re-entry or not.
Can't speak of structure since I haven't made it to the last two $400. It seems they tweak things a bit each time as well. One thing that seems to be certain is that the last alternate tends to get in around Level 8 or 9 with less than 20bb.
I tend to pre-register for anything above the $240 in case I have an issue getting there. I had a kid thing going one time and could've walked right into 100bb-ish if I had signed up before the day of even though I was over an hour late. Instead I was short-stacked and did well, but why sit for an hour when you don't have to. GL
