5-5 PLO at QoH? I don't think those stakes should be played at any charity room with a cap on what they can sell and wouldn't be surprised if a bunch of people were short stacking it up.

Even 100bbs is small in that game after one guy straddles, then two people yell pot before the flop it becomes a lets put 30%+ of our stack in preflop, pray we smash the flop,etc...

It almost makes more sense to short stack commit preflop (even though I hate playing that way) unless you can buyin for 200BBs and play more optimal.

They had 26 today in the $100 at 300 bowl. Heads up lasted 1 hand when I 2.5x the button and he ships with J2hh. I snap with QQ. $1200 for 1st.

Are there any worthwhile midday/weekend charity tournaments on the eastside anymore? /long winded sentence.

I see 4 Aces is close to reopening but haven't heard much about The River, Big Beaver or Sunnybrook lately.

Also, isn't there a new room at 21/Gratiot? Is that worth going to?
