I havent seen any threads on this room but figured I'd get one going. Any regs on 2p2? ill be there a lot now that poker is screwed and all.

I'll be the depressed looking internet kid playing 1/2nl.

Eh yeah thats what I meant, sorry for the confusion. was there 2 days ago, they had about 5 1/2nl tables running on an afternoon weekday, i didnt check the other limits though. goes without saying but the games were incredibly soft. so bad i had to bite my lip to not laugh.

Yo shoveorfold, it was 10% with 5$ max, and they round up. Kind of sucks but that seems to be the standard for florida poker rooms. How bad the play is makes up for the rake though, youll see.

There are always a few 2/5 NL tables, usually one 5/10, too. They also semi-regularly run 2/5 PLO, 2/5 mixed (PLO and H/L), sometimes 5/10 mixed, and they even run a 10/25 NL every once in a while. They'll pretty much run any game if you get enough people asking for it. Really nice poker room, btw.

I have driven up there a few times for the radio station MTT's $75 for 5000 chips ($65 for 3500 chips) and they draw a pretty good amount of folks, lowest I have seen was 150 and the highest number of folks around 240, dont know if others play these but I didnt think they were too soft especially when there are only 30 or so left. Their schedule seem to indicate MTT's everyday and I agree with last poster, very clean and comfy card room

I'm going there tomorrow for WSOP qualifier. Played 1/2 NL there ones before. Room is pretty big with a lot of tables going. Couple of things didn't like:
1. Those chips are very old, worn out. Even dealers get confused.
2. You have to pay for drinks.
Overall nice experience. Plenty of action.

yes the 1/2 nl is a very soft game their. You can really play real tight and when you get the goodspeople forget that you are playing just the good ones and you will be called.I was their yesterday 5-14 and i saw a 1/2 plo game.they mostly run a 5/10 limit game during the week

also with the end of online games,i have noticed a lot of new faces in the room. i get their every other day and have seen the change, and the MTT i like the ones on the first and third thurdays , get anywhere from 150 to 250 and the price is 65 buy in

What does Daytona spread with regards to NL, PLO, Limit, and any mix games. And what is the range of buy-ins for the NL, and PLO games?

I played 1/2 NL $100 to $200 BI, 2/5 NL $200 to $500 BI. Seen tables with 5/10 NL, 1/2 with $10 Limit. Buy ins for limit tables start smaller than NL.

Been my experience that there's usually 2/5 going, no matter what days.

5/10 always has a list, but on Wednesdays early eves I've been in there, never seen it go.
