Between 4pm and 4:30pm they added two tables each of 1/3 and 2/5 and everyone on each 30-deep list was seated by 4:30-ish, so that wasn't too bad, I was waiting just over an hourto get on.

But if you do get there at the wrong time or the wrong day you could be waiting 2-4 hours.

This is about Crown Sydney, although there has been much talk that Crown may lose their gaming licence in Melbourne.

I think the eased restrictions are still insufficient to encourage Crown to open.

Crown reopened at 10am Friday, very limited number of tables, possibly closes at midnight or 2am, not sure. For anyone that does go, know that you could be waiting for hours to get on a table.

Until the government eases restrictions a bit more, definitely not worth the masses going to play poker. LOL at closing at 7:30pm on a Saturday due to a lack of dealers. Probably need to get total active cases to 20 or less (currently 51), and community transmission under 10 (currently 51-27 = 24).

Given that most of Australia is under lockdown, there will be no easing of restrictions in Melbourne this week until the situation improves in other states, hence, no changes at Crown just yet.

Melbourne will be crossing its fingers that covid does not seep in through state borders.

not sure, I played 2/5 on the weekend and they had 1/3 NLH, 2/5 NLH and 1/3 PLO, there may have been an interest list for 5/10 but I don't think it got up because there is a 100 patron limit in the room for now, so tables and staff are very limited, long lists and long queues just to get in the room.

Room limit supposed to increase to 300 from Wednesday next week, as long as no new covid issues in Melbourne.
