wsop circuit coming to deluxe poker room at isle?
I have a question about self-exclusions from casinos. I self-excluded myself from the Isle of Capri Blackhawk in 2007 for reasons of personal protest against high rake (mainly in tournaments). I won the bad beat at Isle in 2017 and upon being paid out by check at the main cage I was informed I was excluded FOR LIFE from Isle properties. I was not aware I had signed up to be excluded for life, and they said any self exclusion is a lifetime ban per company policy. I had to sign a form acknowledging I had been warned and another visit would be criminal trespass.
So in 2017 Eldorado Resorts acquired Isle of Capri, which I assume means I am now also excluded from all properties in the Isle chain, as well as all properties under Eldorado Resorts. Now Caesers acquired Eldorado Resorts, which will be completed in Q1 2020. Does this now mean I am excluded from all properties under aforementioned, AND ALL Caesers properties, which included the WSOP? This is devastating and seemingly unfair as I did not sign up to be excluded from all these properties for life.
Does anyone know a contact to discuss the law as it pertains to self exclusions and how they carry over under mergers and acquisitions, and if they can be reversed?
