Panama has solid poker at Sortis Hotel in Panama city. Various stakes.
Costa rica has some poker, noting in san Jose and Jaco...

In San Jose, Costa Rica...Grand Casino Escazu (Sheraton Hotel attached and very nice and cheap like 100/night). They play games in USD & other games in Costa Rican Colones.
In Jaco (beach area about 1.5 hrs from San Jose), they have games at Hotel Ampola....
USD is widely accepted, dont waste your time exchanging. Be mindful of your money, keep it hidden
In Panama at Sortis (Jackies Room is what loker room called), it is mostly run by game promoters who basically do what they want. They accept USD as well. Heres the big thing on Panama, they charge 5% to cash your chips in, regardless if you play. The promoters wont charge that on the biy-in at least, not sure on your profit part. It's the same in the casino part. The promoters (Chico & Bosquez...ask for either are very nice guys and will help you out. I can give you their whatsapp if you go, just to help you out. I was inky there in a layover but they had 10/20., 1/2, 5/10...plo etc.
The rake is high, not sure what specifically. Be mindful.of money and dont flash.
Sortis was a very nice place though, compared to most of Panama (seems tired..run down otherwise except the hotel).
I know Partypoker just went to Uruguay, Punta del Este. I would imagine only big events most of south america, much like Europe.

Bogota has a flourishing NLHE scene, although the games are a little tough. Medellin has games as well. Mexico, the Dominican Republic. Lima.

Sint marten has a WSOP-C coming soon, march 25-April 6 @casino royale....says cash games 3pm-6am. Other than that I would assume nothing.
Aruba, szme thing. Only good for WSOP-C in November. Reg cash games at holiday inn normally in aruba. WSOP-C was at hilton...wasnt a ton of people. I got 2nd in wsop circuit ring event, only 77 people in 300$...

Most poker is played at the holiday Inn. People speak papimento at the table, spanish, dutch and english.
During WSOP-C, poker is at the hilton. Cash games were crazy but it was mostly foreign locals (canada. Germany, india etc). Its a small island and most people know each other. Dont be surprised but horrible calls, jams or whatever.
