As2s...
thanks for comments and I appreciate your input. Remember the room has been open for all of about 5 days. Once the marketing efforts to 18+ and rec player crowd kick in. this is what I expect the action in the room will look like with mulitple games of each every day. more on weekend. all at $4 rake
NL 1/2 (50min 200Max) and "Juicy 1/2" (.50 ante 150min 500Max), 2/5 on weekends
PLO .25/.50 and 1/2 occasional 6MAX 1/2 PLO
Limit 3/6
"NoRiskNoLimit" .10/.25 rake free micro stakes no limit game for beginners
Deepstack Tourny with guarantees everynight at 7PM 100player max. buyins range from $10 - $75 vary by night
$150-$200 Freezeout every Sat at noon with 5K Guarantee (which will grow,
5K guarantee is for the $150 there this weekend plus $500 added prize pool)
$500 50K Guarantee coming later this fall. 100 Player Max
$1000 100K Guarantee during a non-NL day at circuit event 100 Player Max
So time will tell, but some pretty significant marketing efforts are under way that are going to attract the 18+ and young and old rec crowd. for the most part grinders will go where the good action is, the electronic aspect of the room is somewhat irrelevant.
Also please rem that Buckeye is supporting lots of local cleveland charities. This will of course matter to some more than others.
But thanks again for taking the time to check out the room and post a TR. I do hope you'll check it out again once the cash games get their footings.
Lou
PS I will be up there next Saturday to play in the $150 5K... $200 bounty on me but it will most likely not be claimed
