If you bump up your trip to this weekend I guarentee you 80/160 action for two str8 days :-)

40-80 goes on the regular and if you show up and ask for people to kick it up and don't mind playing shorthanded for an hour or 2 you will get an 80-160 any weekend this summer would be my guess

Anyhow, glad to know 40 is still strong on weekends, I know its dropped of dramatically during the week.

And I imagine you're right...middle aged white guy who plays bad - I'm a lock to get 80 action if I ask around

They already have the $3,500 WPT Main Event listed there for Sept 14th-19th. Doubt an actual schedule will be released for a couple weeks but gives you some idea as to when the 1st event should start. Last years main was the 15th-20th as a comparison. The first event $2mill GTD was the 3rd-5th. Labor day was Sept 2nd last year and this year the 1st so I'm going to guess the 1st event starts on Tuesday Sept 2nd. But just my guess.

I am currently a red label and 126 comps away from reaching black label which i need to accumulate by end of July. I only have time to go one more time for a few hours so it is borderline if I can reach this quota. Is there any way I can talk to someone that will just give me the damn black card??

It depends a little on which games you play. If you have been playing in the high limit area, it is almost certain that they will hook you up. If you have played 100 hours of 1 2 + some sporadic blackjack here and there - its much less likely.

So with this BBJ frenzy does two cards still have to play from your hand? Exp:
Player A has QQ
Player B has AK
Board reads AAA10J.
Does that qualify since player B's five card hand is AAAAK? Stupid question I know but im just wondering

Pocket pairs for quads, use 2 for straight flushes and full houses. So..

AK vs AQ works on AAKQX... But, AK vs QQ does not work on AAAXX.

I know this comes up all the time, and I've done my best to educate people on what I know about it - but for the comped rooms is it hours played or comp dollars earned? In other words, is 7.5 hours of 2/5 play equal to 10 hours of 1/2 play? Both come out to 15 comp dollars.

I'm mixing in some 2/5 and want to know what I need to do to maintain/get room offers.

It's possible depending on your limit as we'll , higher the limit better chance they say yes
