Does anything along the lines of a $10/20 mixed game ever get going? I usually only see high stakes mixed games going. Would love to play some Hold em, Stud and Omaha. Just not at $40/$80.

Will be there wed thru sunday and have a friend coming fri to sun that enjoys goofing around in a low stakes mixed game also. We got a 7.50/15 mix going fri and a 10/20 mix going saturday. We will be getting it going again this weekend so if you wanna play just look for the 7-15 pink chip mix game on the board.

Yep. Always top notch customer care.

I support a ban for "Coogalicious". If's he's willing to cheat a stupid twitter contest, what kind of stuff is he up to at the tables?

They're one of the best poker rooms because they do a good job running their room, take care of their players, and have a good selection of games running.

Tons of motels in Absecon, dont know if they are any good though

I think there would be half-rake at 6 players or less. If the game is just starting up you may be able to convince the floor for further reductions until more players join.

Headed down next Friday with a group from our 'home game'. Wondering what response we'll get trying to get a private mixed game table going.

Emailed Stan. Thought I'd check with the rest of the regs to see what we might expect.

Our home game is a dealers choice, small stakes (BB < $1) spread limit (10BB max bet). Most games are either HORSE or variations.

After using the search feature:
Can I assume they will only deal games that are dealt publicly.
In order to be a private game, we'll have to pay rake for all 10 seats? Does that mean time-rake? If we include S or E, do we pay for 8?
If not time-rake, then pay full rake, even when short handed?
Would a stack of chips placed at the empty spots be enough to discourage others from joining?
Smallest limit game is 2-4, fair to expect no lower?

Somehow, I suspect a few of us will just end up at the 1/2 tables...

Thank you.

I have my doubts... but promised I'd inquire. When I'm there, I'd rather play for stacks against strangers. They will likely rake more off our table (if we in fact could get one) that our big winner usually wins in a night.

Fri we played HORSE plus triple draw, and towards the end of the night we actually played a bit of pineapple. Sat I think we just played straight HORSE the whole night.

i know both showboat and revel have advertised private sit'n'go's. not sure if they'd do the same for a cash game.

How could you forget we had badugi in the rotation on Friday?

I'll be there Thursday-Saturday night and hope to play again. But I'll be with some non-poker playing friends so it might be hard to find a lot of time for poker.
