I think the phone situation has more to do with a lack of staff. For a wake up call, I called the line 4:00 AM and it took them like 10 minutes to answer.
The place in general has seen better days in terms of the staff and/or lack of staff, it is a shame...This casino was before the pandemic was voted the best casino in the country by some magazine or organization, I forget, not in its current state.
