Also the half bet rule is a limit rule. Many places do apply it to NL as well (historically this wasn't the case). I have no idea what Borgata does since I don't play NL.
Not to be an ass, but p566 was asking about the rules at Borgata. As it seems you don't actually play there you shouldn't be giving authoritative responses on the subject.
