if borgata computer systems is now the same as mgm-nh, then you dont get tier credits.

and if it's not the same, then why create yet another separate computer system?

It's really bad that it's taking so long. Has your room offers declined?
Either Borgata is continuing to offer rooms with no comp/tier points or are people losing their comp rooms.

Did you take your card to the shift podium in the back corner? They can load the comps onto your card.

I still get comps through the end of July (last month of the calendar) and no new tier credits since the switch over.

Yes I will visit the podium next time I’m there. Didn’t think it’d take this long :/

In terms of comps, still have comped rooms but somehow only for smoking + hearing/mobility disabled rooms.

5/22, same. I keep thinking I should try calling the poker room to see if I can ask them by phone to do it...part of my reason for going was to stop the expiration of my existing ECs.

I last played on 5/15, my tier credits finally updated in my account after weeks of waiting. However, still no comp dollars though. I think I have to go to the podium to load them like Playbig says.

I checked and my tier points just jumped up too. However I was told it's gonna be months before comp money goes directly on our cards.

For those who have gotten comps added, I have a question.

Can you skip going to the podium a couple of times and then say on your third trip get your comps added to your card for the last 3 trips?

Do you play online? The jump could be from live play and it could be from online play which gets added in monthly the first week of the following month. It also could be the monthly add on from the MGM Credit card as well. That's why I have no idea if I've gotten points for live play or not.

I can't say if Playbig gets TCs from other sources, but live poker TCs definitely made their way out in the last 24 hours or so.

I went from 0 to 1163, and it couldn't have come from anything but the poker room. No corresponding ECs, though, and my "last trip" is still 2/29/20.

If anyone is there today/now (or has been there on a weekday recently) can you tell me whether the outdoor pools are open???

The website says they are only open on weekends but I don't know if that information has been updated with the restrictions being lifted. And, forget about calling! I tried 3 times and was on hold at least 15 minutes waiting each time and gave up.

Yes. I usually play the whole weekend and get them transferred Sun mornings to pay for the resort fees when I check out
