Yikes, ugh. I guess I'll see what that's like Friday.

I guess whoever planned it never played at Showboat on weekends. (Or nobody asked what poker thinks. Or did and didn't care.)

ROCKSTAR KARAOKE EVERY FRIDAY & SATURDAY | 9PM - Midnight
Begins Friday, August 2

Take center stage at Moneyline Bar & Book with Rockstar Karaoke, every Friday and Saturday night from 9PM - Midnight! Featuring a live band, you’ll be able to release your inner songbird...

Whomever thought that it would enhance the sports betting (and poker) experience got it completed wrong.

The sooner it stops, the better.

I go no more than once a month and have always had weekend rooms. The only difference I noticed is that more recently I’ve had to book a month in advance or I lose it.

Also playing in the high limit room (5/10NL) seemed to have helped on my most recent trip (usually just 2/5 player).
Can someone please just explain how quickly after putting in the required weekend hours I will begin to see offers? Just one weekend of those requirements will give me, 2nts /mo?? Please refresh my memory so I don't have to scour thru this rhread. Also, I assume resort fee is included with taxes etc for the free room? (2/5 player here, will be in NJ in Sep for quite a while) thanks all!

i have 1 day in the past 6 months for 8.5 hours at 2/5 and 5/10. the only day in Sept/Oct that isn't comped is October 5th, which is $199.

dont think resort fees are comped

Comped rooms will cost you $22 and change. You can use comp dollars (Express Comps) for that.

If you don't have any play on your card, it may take until the next calendar month's offers to see much. I'm not sure we know a lot about how quickly new players start seeing offers.

If you do have play on your card, you probably already have offers of some sort, and if they're going to change the updates are (I think) weekly on Tuesday afternoons. If you pull your average up to 15EC/day, you should see the effects fairly quickly.

In either case, it's not likely to be instant.

This is all based on info ITT and from the previous poker room manager, who was a poster here. Terms and conditions may apply. Past performance does not guarantee future results. Many will enter, few will win.

A word of caution:

I was in my parked car Saturday night when all the sudden, I saw 2 young men briskly walking by cars and grabbing door handles to see if they can get in.

As they passed me, security car lit up the lights and the 2 guys went running and the security tried to find them. This was right by Water Club, surface lot.

This is a reminder that just because there are security cameras in the parking lot, there are still thieves looking around. Make sure your doors are locked and nothing valuable visible...

It means that any tier credits you earn from now until Sep 30, will count from Oct 1, 2019 to Sep 30, 2020. That's a nice offer.

I'd like that, but don't see it on mine.

I'm going to end up about 5k over Pearl...it'd be nice to roll the excess over.

Look in the actual "offers" tab and scroll through.

They offered me 3x Tier Credit until 9/30. I'm sitting about 42,000TC. Looks like I'm gonna have to put in 3 trips before the end of September to renew my Gold card.

Hey I'm coming up to the borgata pretty randomly right now... If I play all day any chance they give out room rates. Talking 10 plus hours.

The low limit PLO players are a gold mine of poker trash. Complaining about somebody straddling $5 when 'the plaque says $4!!!!' even if it slows down the game for the dealer to make change.
Not being able to count the pot for themselves and getting mad at the dealer for not being able to count the pot.
Taking forever to "think"...then folding.
Sitting down, playing one hand (literally), then going to eat for 45 minutes.
Somebody shoot me plz.

Then the 5/5 game finally gets called but only 3 ppl show up to the table and the game doesn't run. FFS..

Does the casino have a player bank for me to leave money in? Sorry if that's a silly question.

I see on Bravo 150/300 and 200/400 mixed going most weekends. What games are typically included these days?
