The funny thing is that I hadn't three-bet because I had only been at the table for like 30 minutes.
The kid in the 2 seat was wild to watch. It didn't seem like he could miss a flop. He played until about 11:30 and his stack never really took a serious hit.
When I sat down, I saw the stack sizes of the 9 and 2 seats. I purposefully sat in position (2 seats were open). I am happy with that decision.
Yep and when I got there the 8 and 10 were open and the 9 had like $700 in front of him. I sat in the 10. Sadly you took all his chips about 5 hands after I sat down!
The kid in the 2 seat when I first sat down I thought was playing really interesting poker, taking a lot of pots away on the turn/river. Turns out he was just smashing the flop every hand and wasn't doing much.
I raised some of the more passive folks who limped with QJs, he flatted SB, BB (you?) folded.
Flop was KQ10r, I cbet, he called, turn blank check check, river blank he bets like half pot and I think about it and call. He had K2o.
Played in an absolutely ridiculous hand at a different table, could not believe my eyes when the hands were tabled.
3 passive limpers I raise to $13 QJss from button, called by MP and cutoff.
Flop is K83 with one spade, checked to me I cbet like $25, both call.
Turn is 9c putting second club out there, checks around. River is 10c oh hai backdoored straight.
Both check to me, I look at the stacks. Cutoff has $50 or so left only, MP has about $200, I cover by a lot.
I bet $75 trying to look bluffy, MP thinks for ages and calls, cutoff (after checking the river) snap calls.
I say straight thinking it's the nuts, MP mucks what he says was AK but I don't believe that because I saw he was better than that and the cutoff opens 45cc for backdoored flush which he'd called the flop with backdoor draws only and then checked it to me when it got there on the river!
