Sands ...
Taj.....
Trump Plaza....
**** To be noted he was also the reason the Showboat and the AC Club couldn't re-open as casinos. When he owned the Taj and the Tropicana he negotiated both the Showboat and the AC Club not to open as casinos so his property's would become more profitable and be sold for more money. (Real Bad for Atlantic City Real good for him)
and now Harrahs, Ballys and Caesar's (Watch out) This guy is not a friend of Atlantic City Casinos ... the only reason the Tropicana made it when he owned it was because it was to big and new to sell off and he sold it anyway.
The bad beat has been stuck for weeks at the same amount with no explanation. The only good games in the room are late at night when the regular comp seekers go home, And now they are gonna close at 4 AM. They usually only have 1 or 2 games going but they are always juicy at that hour. So Fu&%$#@ done with the Wild West Poker Room. ....OK..... Done with my rant !!!!!
Were many people playing after 4 AM though?

Personally, I think 10 AM is a little late to be starting. I'd prefer something like 8 AM and I'm definitely not staying up to 4 AM.

Maybe 8 AM to 4 AM if any Wild Wild West people are reading this?

Poker room at WWW is now 10am-4AM? Same at Harrah's?

I can't wait for CET to be bought, and for Ichan to GTFO.

Caesars Entertainment close to opening new sportsbooks at Bally's, Harrah's Resort

CET opening a new sports book at Wild Wild West in June. It's closer to the poker room than the current sports book is. The sports book will be the largest in AC (*Borgata hasn't revealed how large their new sports book will be, so TBD whether it remains the largest).

This is a significant investment and it would be nice if it increased traffic to the poker room.

Was by there yesterday and looks to me the sports book will open closer to 4th July!

Agree this wil be a very nice venue and should add to the player pool in the WSOP room!......

Would be nice if they also would run some sattilites to the events in vegas ... But I guess that would take too much imagination and the current management ,,could care less"....

Just a warning to those who play here. I don't think this is a common occurrence, but it was scary and I just wanted to warn people.

I was leaving the property waiting for an Uber on Friday in the Caesar's valet area and a guy started to approach me coming from the start of the driveway leading into the valet. As he got closer, I tried to move out his way, but he followed me in every direction I'd move. Then he lunged and me started to try to talk to me, I immediately started to backpedal towards the valet desk as he basically shadowed me trying to talk to me.

I told the valet that the guy was harassing me, and trying to rob me, and they stood there and didn't say a word. Which is fine, because, what could they do? They're not security, but yeah, I would've appreciated a little help. Either way, I understand why they didn't get involved.

I wouldn't talk to the guy, look him in the eye, or engage him at all. He just stood over me and the valet guys calling me names and acting threatening. Eventually, he gave up trying to harass me, and walked right into the main entrance.

Just be safe out there, guys. Sometimes the best move might be to wait inside of the doors until your Uber has arrived. Especially when you have a huge wad of money on you like I did. I never thought something like that would happen to me in AC, as nothing ever remotely close to this has happened, but it's definitely not impossible.

Played here last night, and was super aware of my surroundings. Played a bunch of BJ and called my UBER near the main cage at Caesar's and made sure he was in the driveway before I started walking outside.

When I got to the front door, there was a guy in plastic handcuffs sitting on the floor surrounded by 4 or 5 security people from Caesar's and 2 cop cars outside. It just makes me sad so many shitty people live in this city.

Also, to those who didn't know since it doesn't seem to be posted anywhere... Every Monday this month is 5x tier credits. You can choose 5x rewards credits on Tuesday or Wednesday, your choice. All days this month are 2x tier credits, as well.

Please post stuff like this, if you know about them. If I knew it was 5x TC on Monday, I would've come down.

I knew it was 2x tier credits all month in October, but the 5x thing on Monday is good to know! Is poker included??? And is it all properties or just Bally's???

Any news on re-opening now that Harrah's has plexiglass installed?

Has anyone been to Bally's lately and seen anything similar?

Poker needs to return to the AC boardwalk. I love playing at this room. Has anyone heard any news or rumors of a possible reopening ?

The Wild West will no longer have a Poker Room regardless of the rumors. Its now owned by Caesars.
The New Bally's will ....look to the old Blue Martini Bar. (Sportsbook / Poker) opening Summer 2021 also the Trop Poker Club is gone for good.
CET is not good for poker in Atlantic City.
Oceans and the Hard Rock have something on the table. Big News should be coming out regarding that.

I hope you're right about Bally's, Ocean and Hard Rock but I don't think you're right about Wild Wild West. Harrah's is owned by CET and reopened Harrah's poker room, so no reason why they wouldn't reopen WWW,. Especially since it's such a huge space they're not using for anything else, with a gigantic sports book around the corner.

Don't think your understanding, I'm not trying to be a wise guy but Bally's is no longer owned by CET.....Bally's is now owned by Twin River Corp. .........and the Wild West is now owned by Caesars. Bally's Staff that ran the WWW Poker room is now working for Bally's (Twin River) who will be opening a room physically at Bally's. If the WWW room were to reopen they would have to hire a new staff to run the room and then put the room under the Caesars Name. It could happen, but I don't see CET spending $$ to reopen a room that was not profitable to begin with. Remember they now also own Harrah's and the Tropicana. However I hope your correct the more poker the better, I've had many good times playing poker at the WWW.

Ahh, I see what you're saying, no worries either way lol. That's interesting, I didn't realize those employees now work for Twin River. I would still guess they reopen the room eventually, though. We'll have to see what happens.

That being said, I've been ranting and raving Hard Rock should open a poker room since they opened and I really hope that happens more than WWW reopening. I would also welcome back the Ocean Poker Room, too

Caesars sold Bally's *the hotel*. Bally's Wild Wild West (the casino) will be part of Caesars (the casino).

How they may choose to rearrange the furniture, I have no idea. But they didn't sell (aren't seling?) the WWW casino space where the poker room is.

With all them tables they have set up in Wild West I doubt they’re gonna close up shop and move everything into caesars. I guess time will tell, I see that room reopening, that’s the only room on that side of AC

I was thinking the same thing. The room at Bally's is definitely "pandemic ready" being that it is so spacious and it would be the easiest room to open to at least have poker on the boardwalk again! And yes, since Wild Wild West is still owned by, and remaining a part of Caesars, this makes the most sense.

However, the guy I was talking to said that Tropicana is apparently never reopening their poker room and those dealers, along with some from Bally's, will be working in a room that should open by the summer and will be located where the old Caesars room used to be, long before they opened the room in Wild Wild West.

I also find it hard to believe, just relaying what I was told and was wondering if anyone heard something similar. Perhaps a Tropicana or old Bally's dealer will see this and chime in!

That sounds really thought out for it to be plain false, I guess it’s a possibility along with Wild West opening too, but two poker rooms in the same casino seems excessive, unless they plan on coming back real
Strong and start having serious poker tournament series a la borgata.
