5 years ago it used to be if you wanted to play 5/10 or above you had to go to Borgata. Now if you wanna play anything higher than 1/3 you have to go to Borgata. I miss the boardwalk side I wish higher games would come back.

Are the Atlantic City poker rooms still offering free drinks (beer, cocktails, etc.) to poker players?

Wasn't sure if that changed post-covid.

They need to bring the rooms back first, wild Wild West missing in action since last year. It was better then borgata in that you could eat while playing. I remember I was playing multiple days and ran into the same guys and we ordered food whilst playing

That stinks. So what are we left with...Borgata, Harrahs, and Trop?

The Trop is definitely drawing more players. It's now the only poker place on the Boardwalk (and will remain so if the rumors of wild Wild West's demise are true).

I played at Tropicana this past Saturday for most of the afternoon and I noticed more players coming into the room now. Also the earned comp dollars are already into my account ready for use and it appears my comp dollar balance is accurate (initially when the Trop room reopened, I wasn’t getting all the comp dollars that I was supposed to earn but I guess that was fixed)

Yup at the Trop. It’s a good alternative location to play poker in AC if you want to get away from the hustle and bustle of the Borgata poker room. And the boardwalk is right there. The recent MGM changes to Borgata has made me think twice about where I want to play in AC. Borgata is still king but the Trop is a good option for low stakes NL.

I heard rumors that it may not come back either and if it did , it would have to be reincarnated by Caesars as they took over WWW from Bally’s. I hope I’m wrong though, I enjoyed playing there too.
