When I was a younger before running water and electricity my parents took my little fam to Atlantic City. There was taffy and sand, ocean waves and music to be heard, not to mention that knuckle head in a peanut costume and a guy who would drive his horse off the pier for a swim. This is the heart and soul of the queens resort, not to be forgotten by slots and dice

You can book rooms at the Borgata starting in June.

Not sure if they will go through and if poker will actually restart with the rest of the casino though

They couldn’t have been very good pick pockets if you saw them.

Shot in the dark july 4th...poker, i think itll depend on public perception on how things go in other areas. I do think if they have poker 4,6,9 handed itll be busy.

Six feet away and wearing a mask moves us closer to good times The sand in my toes felt great,, the waft of coco butter was welcome and those co-oeds from Stockton is a new delight..Go murphy, we'll get there soon stay safe and wear a mask..

Eh... it's some guy bitching that staff disinfect things and tables are limited to fewer people during limited reopening capacity. I think we already know this is how it will be. That's basically how all of NYC is right now also.

It will be interesting when they choose to reopen poker tables and how.

Unlike the gambling state, NJ has bigger things to think about than just AC well being. NJ might drag this out quite a bit.

Makes me happy to see they're going to make people wear masks. In Vegas, they're not. I'm not going any casino that doesn't.

Will be interesting to see if any rooms reopen when the casinos do. I'm not super confident. But then I think about that huge space at Wild Wild West, and obviously the Botgata's room is quite large, too. So, who knows. That being said, I don't think you're going to find every many people who want to play 4 handed, so hopefully it's at least 6

The local cardroom I’m at opened with 6 max and within 12 hours turned into a 7 max. A few days later they’ve sartrd fitting 9 to a table again.

The mask rule also went out the door after the first day...

In a casino or private game? I'd be scared to play in a room without masks required

Please note . What about the the chips you play with and the cash that goes through your hands 6 feet won't help us from that hose dirtbags that don't wash their hands let alone were a mask

With the new news from WHO regarding very rare for transmission to be from aysmptomatic spread, states need to open the hell up, get people back to work, have those who are sick, stay home and get rid of the politicization of this damn thing. Vivvaa 9 handed poker!

Spoiler:
well, 10 handed 2/5 for AC... Jerks :-(

We are now thinking CNBC misinterpreted the WHO press release, someone in NVG posted. It hinges on the definition of asymptomatic being used by the WHO and in the U.S.
