Rosie,

I am proud to say that all cell service works at Aria. We had some difficulties with AT&T in the beginning and now everything has been resolved.

MrMore,

I will bring this up to Adam. Most of the time I will have your answer, but in some cases I will need to investigate further. I do know Adam and the Shift Managers have talked about it.

Floridahawk,

We are currently running a special promo where players get 2x points all day and 3x points from 5am to 10am. This was due to expire June 1st, but we have talked about keeping it going through our Aria Classic event which ends July 17th.

dozer,

Our daily tournament will be back to normal on July18th.

I'll be in town starting tomorrow. Which days have the 20/40 LHE games been running? Do you all put up a list or only if somebody requests it? Will you all call people if we leave you a cell phone number?

I stayed at Aria opening weekend and new years my cell worked fine ( t- mobile) but my girl had no service on AT & T. We visited a few weeks back and her phone worked fine. They obviously fixed the problem.

Kat,

Can guests get a dealer for a private game if we have 7-8 players?

Just wanted to add another vote (as if this is a democracy) to making the tables 9-handed. It would be a great move that helps set you apart from other rooms, and I think it's one of the smartest things Wynn has done. People will remember the comfort. Note that every one of your players from LA- and that's a whole lot of customers- is used to 9-handed being the norm.

Kat,

Thanks for answering everyone's questions thus far. Would there be interest in spreading PLO 8/B too (1-2 or 2-5)?

I look forward to seeing the tournament structures, especially for the 8-game mix.

Thanks in advance.

Also, I have talked to a lot of our guests and during the WSOP and Adam plans on spreading higher Omaha 8/B and PLO.

On July 6th during the ARIA Classic we have a $335 Omaha 8/B tourney starting at 5pm. On July 7th we have a $550 Turbo Pot Limit Omaha 6 max tourney at 1pm.

Has anyone, like maybe Phil Ivey, been playing in the Phil Ivey room? If so, how often does he show up?

Thanks for your earlier response to the structures

I noticed you answered every question except...

Do you still prohibit poker talk and/or card exposing heads up in cash games? If you changed those rules and make it 9 handed I can tell you for a fact, I know a bunch of players, myself included, who will consider returning to your room.

Sanford,

I would like to invite you to come speak with me personally about your question. Kat brought it up to me and I feel this would be better handled by you and me sitting down together and having a discussion about the topic. If you are good with this than we will set it up.
Thanks,

Adam

My two cents from Los Angeles....Sanford, if Adam is willing to get together and try to work towards bettering the room, I feel you'd be crazy not to take him up on it. With all the other posts about lazy staff at various rooms around the country and other shortcomings, the fact that you and others would be afforded the chance for some one-on-one input to improve the Aria's room is imo significant. I look forward to more posts about this, and can't wait to play there on my next LV trip.

pig4bill,

Please understand we can not comment on individual people and exactly when they have been to our property. With that said, Phil has been here and we believe he intends to be here more often in the future.

Great question! Currently Wi-Fi is for guests of the hotel and they have to pay a small charge to use it. Adam is working on this with the hotel to have the service in the poker room. We can not promise anything at this point, but it is being discussed.

Tom,

The flipament tournament was set up for the party on July 3rd for everyone to have fun with. It is a exactly what it sounds like, a flip of hands. We will have a bracket and the players go heads up with one another over one hand. Whoever wins the hand moves on. Its a fun tournament.

Thanks,

Kat

MrMore,

When we opened I was leaning toward the coffee station for several reasons. We decided to hold off for a while and we did not put it in because I have never received one complaint about our cocktail service. I have been around the poker world for a while and have had some challenging issues with cocktails both as a player and in management. I found it strange that I would not have a complaint so I did a number of things to make sure this was for real (Including staking out the room). My conclusion is, it is for real and I dont think we need to put the coffee station in at this point. However, with me nothing is set in stone on the service side (If it makes things better I will adapt) and the coffee station may pop its head up some day.

I'd just like everyone to know that I've had the pleasure of meeting (and playing poker with) Adam on my last visit to Vegas. He is knowledgeable, friendly, and clearly dedicated to making his room top-knotch.

The Aria poker room is in very good hands. I look forward to playing there again on my upcoming visit in June.

Sure I'd love to sit down with you. Thanks Maybe sending me a PM would be the best way to coordinate this?

#2 !

I love the room and the environment. Was there for 19 days in april from germany, I think a few dealers and/or floorman will remember me cause I played a lot ... like 10 hours a day.

Actually I`m planning my trip for the WSOP and it will be sure I stay in the hotel and play at Aria mostly!

Good job Adam!

I'd like to second the nice job the management is doing in making themselves available.

What, if anything, is the formula for getting a poker rate on rooms? I'd probably be in town the first couple of weeks in July, and I'd be interested in staying on a weekend.

Thanks.
