It never ceases to amaze me how even the simplest problems take a shockingly alarming amount of time to fix in the gaming industry. The amount of red tape and BS that have to be navigated is ridiculous. Then you have to tack on the fact that problems with poker are among the last to be cared about.

I worked in a place once where the computer that ran the software for the lists of games was down because the video card had gone bad. It took A MONTH for them to replace it. Over 4 weeks there was no electronic board because of a video card. Talk about an embarrassment. If I hadn't been there I wouldn't believe it.

Especially in Phoenix, where you can hardly swing a dead cat without hitting an HVAC specialist.

Flopped nut full house vs quads last night. I was actually happy to have two cards for the JP.

I bet CAZ is more crowded than normal Wed? 4-8 might be worth a shot.

Ubin grinds every game in the casino equally based on the number of tables of each. Hence he grinds 3/6 a lot more than 20/40.

The same guy who posted them on here last year wrote an article for Southwest Poker News' July Issue with a similar write-up. It is the newspaper looking one in the same area you can find cardplayer.

True story, in my years, like most, ive learned profitability can be very game dependent. Ive found that a mix of games along with a specific direction on which games to enter with help from up above...
Spoiler:
(no not divine, i get inspiration on which game to go to just by looking up at the wall)
keeps me on my toes so to speak, it never gets boring

I think 4/8 and 3/6 are beatable as long as the BBJP is where it is.

I thought the BBJP just sucked the life out of the tables I was at. No one wanted to play without JP cards and it was a big chopfest.

One man didn't appear to understand how to do that. At nl It was folded to the button who opened 4x, the bb folded AQs face up.

I'll have mixed feelings when it finally hits. Hopefully the long lines and dry games will go away.

13 downs is a long haul for the dealers but it could be worse for sure, we had a lineup of all 50 table set-up one night on swing a number of months ago, only a lucky few got breaks that night. It was kind of fun in a way.

I remember getting locked in to tables back on a riverboat in the Midwest. We had 12 tables and 12 dealers for the shift, every 45 minutes or an hour the shift manger would push the front of the row just so the dealers would change tables, the dealer on the 12th table just went back to table 1.

...then there were( more often as business died over the years) the times we had 12 dealers and 1 or 2 tables
