I saw there are a couple casinos on Alabama now. Anybody been there? What limits and whats the games like?

No poker in these stupid ****ing casinos in Alabama. There's your answer. Apparently Alabama allows only "electronic bingo" and they put poker in the same gaming classification with table games and slots.

Electronic bingo is just a novel way of saying slot machines that makes it legal. Yes I mean the indian casinos in Atmore and Wetumpka.

Depending on where you are in AL the closest cardrooms will be Mississippi: Biloxi, Tunica, Philadelphia (two thumbs down), or Cherokee, NC (electronic tables only [real poker but digital]). There is a cardroom in Pensacola, FL as well (never been).

If you find a good home game in Alabama PM me if it's in the northern half of the state.

So depressing (poker wise), I've been considering a move, LOL.
