There is a picture posted to their Facebook page - "Poker Room Opens Dec 3."

I would guess that the dealers scheduled prior to that will be dealing for play money or possibly a soft open for real money.

Actually, isn't that a Stud table in the first picture? Looks like it has only 7 cup holders.

It's also on their website. About time it opens up.

A non-advertised soft open would make sense to iron out some kinks. Good point.

Yeah. God forbid they spread a game other than no limit hold'em. Balls indeed.

IMO they won't have enough tables (16) to spread "other" games.

I'll definitely check it out in January.

Soft opening on tuesday. They're opening 12 of the tables up.

So the poker room officially opens on Dec. 3. Does anyone know what time? 9 am? Noon? 6 pm?

It's actually opening on the 1st so I would assume it will be open all day on the 3rd.

One thing that is nice about this room is that they won't be running a Bad Beat Jackpot so you won't be forced into playing a super progressive. Thank you Rhode Island State law.

Any speculation on the 2/5 max buy-in, comps, or promotions? Dealers on this board, have you heard anything?

Spoke with guy there the other night, water is via bubbler, no charge for air, pay fir everything else

What's a bubbler? Rhode island is weird.

Sigh. Dealers on this board cannot answer per 2+2 rules.
