Sounds like a top heavy comp structure at the MS. Not what will move what's left of the limit regulars.

I played in the 3-6 Horse game for a while. I couldn't believe they had a 2-4 HOPE and a 3-6 HORSE game going at the same time

Do you have to be present to win ?

Do both hole cards have to be used ?

What games ? all limits ? All games including stud ?

What about Omaha and pinapple? much easier to make big hands

What about the 3-6 Horse and the 2-4 HOPE ?

Thanks in advance. I'll be there tommorrow

So this is in addition to the regular rake I presume, not crazy about paying an extra dollar.

Don't have to be present to win, both hole cards have to be used. Not sure about your other questions.

I had quad ten's the other night at 1 am... but the high hand was already a queen high straight flush.

I'm like 90% sure it's only Hold 'em. I think NL and L up to a certain level. . .

It is on all non split games up to 2/5 no limit, and I am not sure about the cut off for limit. I asked if it was on pinapple and was told yes, as long as it isn't played high low.

The first winner was on 1-5 stud, the second was on 2/4 limit, and
all of the winners since have been on 1/2 NL. Prizes have all been between $1300 and $1400 with the 6pm to 10pm Thursday night being $1585.

The HHJ Does not run Friday night or all day Saturday. Starts again Sunday at noon.

I have only played at MS a couple times and only noticed this at the end of my last session there. But is it standard for them to rake pots where the flop isn't seen? If so that sucks huge monkey balls, does anybody know if FW does the same?

They started raking pots pf when they realized that nl hands often don't get a flop. A few months after the time to rake shift, they started saying that they had always done that.

Well, I played my first lolDonkamentSnG at the Sun. If you haven't built up a good stack by about the 4th level, it is a shovefest. Never again imo.

Room was pretty busy. A few good cash games.

I'm not a regular, but I will say that I have a STRONG preference to Mohegan. The last few times I've played, I've found that the Mohegan dealers are significantly better. I think it has alot to do with the fact that they get to keep their tips while the Foxwoods dealers all share. There's little incentive for the Foxwoods dealers to do a good job. I find the Foxwoods dealers to be less friendly, much slower, and less skilled. It drives me crazy to pay for time and have a dealer who's in no rush to deal the next hand. With side pots and hi-low games the players often need to correct the Foxwoods dealers.
