Johnny any way to have the large TV's behind tables 11 and 16 raised about 2 ft so the view is not obstructed by the players sitting right there?
BTW love the room and the action, keep up the good work
would live to do it, but we have some long term considerations that might prevent it.

Johnny,

Any thought to spreading double flop Omaha? Same rules as PLO but a split pot game with two full boards. It is spread at the Bellagio.

Secondly, if a new game wants to be spread at MGM, what's the process for approval and "ball park" time frame?

Appreciate it.

I would shy away from the double flop game. Our 5 card and BIG O games are solid, and have plenty of action.

To get a new game submitted can rake as along as 1 to 1.5 years. It must be submitted to MLGCA for approval and go through several steps.

Are the hourly comps something different than what I'm looking at on my MLife account page? I played at least 12 hours last weekend, another 5 today, and it shows 0 points on my MLife page.

Yes, unfortunately poker comps do not automatically upload into Mlife yet. You carry a balance in the poker room. When you want to use a comp, ask a poker supervisor and they can load it on your card.

So today right before the drawing a player at my table was dealt into the hand and after he folded he got up and the dealer snap lobbied him. He came back to the table before the hand was over with a rack and the dealer snap took him out of the Bravo. The floor then ran the drawing and he wasn't in it when he should have been. This hurts everyone at the tables chances since he should have be in but everyone got one less shot at the $100. It's not a big loss in equity but still kind of ****ty for the guy and everyone else at the table

Twice I've asked a supervisor to load value on my card. Twice they've failed.

I'd say if you want to use poker comps use them by ordering food in the room from a food runner.

I'm about 10 for 10. How did they fail?

Asked for value on my card for food court - 10 minutes later floor said it was done - went to food court and they said nothing on there. It wasn't busy so they called over to the poker room and took care of it.

Next time asked for value for Tapped. Went there and they said nothing on the card. I was stopping for a bite on my way out the door and didn't want to wander back to the poker room. I fear I lost those comps entirely.

It does happen, but not very often. Typically the issue arises when the wrong outlet is input on the card. They are location specific, so if a player wants a comp to TAP, we specifically designate the comp to that outlet. If the player goes to any other outlet, the comp will not display.

The last two times I asked them to put money on there for Shake Shack, they said it was no problem. I even specified Shake Shack, not the Market. Sure, no problem. Get over there, wait in line, nope - nothing. Well at that point I'm not waiting in line again...so I pay separate, eat and go back to the desk. Ask someone else to check it, sure enough, it wasn't put on the right place and had to be transferred back. I dont know how hard it is to select one over the other but its apparently not as easy for some to do.

I gave up. I've just started using the SS app to pre-order. Downside is you cant use comps.

I requested a comp last night. I go put my food order in and the cashier says I have two comps, both for the same amount. So basically whoever put the comps on my card did it twice and now I have 24 hours to use the second one or I lose it (won't be able to use it today).

I've also dealt with the above issues where I asked for a comp, walked over to the Market, and was told I didn't have one.

I have twice been told that my comps weren't there, but both times another employee (manager?) at the food establishment (in the food court) worked some magic and the comps were there. So far I guess I've just been lucky.

I find it helpful to mention "poker comps". That seems to help them find it in their point of sale system.

After multiple requests for games and fantasy information we have decided to add NFL Sunday Ticket to our poker room programming. It should be available on Sunday Sept. 24.

Twice I've asked a supervisor to load value on my card. Twice they've succeeded.

I'd say if you want to use poker comps use them by either asking the supervisor to load value on your card or by ordering food in the room from a food runner.

Wow. Strong move, Johnny! Seriously much appreciated by this NFL lover. Now have fun trying to please 400 people who all want to watch a different game, lol. Might wanna have a floor person from 1-7 every Sunday whose sole purpose is to be the designated channel-changer.

We will likely pre set the TVS and not change them much. The big screen on the wall with prolly get the 4 game split. With best local
Game on other screen.

With the number and location of the TVS in the room, every person should be able to see the game they want.
