agreed it is a mess with the parking they did not anticipate the influx but in time that will work itself out. The dollar rating is in the works though.

Saturday they had a couple of 2/5 going and a 5/10 later in the night lasted for about 5 hours. they seem to slow down after alcohol service stops between 2 and three am.

Does anyone know what the highest limit games they got going on a regular basis are?

so no tournaments yet? so far i am seeing that meadows, rivers, sands, harrahs, charlestown all do not offer tourneys so my only option is to go to wheeling or the mountaineer from pittsburgh?

Or just wait a month or two and you can go play tournaments at any of those poker rooms.. They all just got table games, can't expect them to have tournaments running 2 weeks after.

I would just wait until the tourneys open at the Meadows. Wheeling has an absolutely terrible tournament structure. Not worth the drive. You get 2000 chips, and the blinds are 100/200 within the first hour. .Can you say ALL IN FEST??? Even in high buyin tourneys where you got 10,000 chips, the blinds ate me up in 2 1/2 hrs instead of 1. Playing there was not worth $100/hr. Mountaineer structure actually wasnt too bad, but its a longer drive for me than Wheeling, Meadows is the way to go right now

id believe that when i see it. meadows got a nice room, im wondering if they try and start tournaments before rivers to get some kind of a jump on them, i have no real other reason to go there. im about 30 minutes from rivers and 45 from them.

1-2 NL is pot raked while the higher NL's are time raked and the 10-20 Limit game was time raked also but i only saw it get off the ground once but it was good action and strong game for about 3 1/2 hours it went just no one to fill in once players left or was busted.

The 5-10 games are getting pretty regular Friday and Saturday night it's been a full table with 2-5 on the waiting list every weekend.

I also think the 2-5 NL game is a real solid game you can make some good money good action plus you get a couple 1-2 players that did good the night before try the 2-5 and donk off some big pots.

Wow, if that's true about the 5-10lhe game, that's great, because I went there once and they only game going was a 2-4 and it was as you would expect it to be. I was going to go to the rivers and play the 4-8, but might still do that anyways, because, being that it's the lowest limit game they spread there, all the worst players will be at those tables, the difference between play quality probably makes up for the small difference in bet size.

Where's the 25/50 game that everyone talks about but realistically is never going to get off the ground? Oh...still getting organized. Never going to happen and if it does, I guarantee it will be a once or twice thing for show and there won't be nearly enough cash on the table to justify it being a 25/50 NLHE game.

was at the meadows last night playing 1-2. endedup for the session about 300. They had 2 2-5's going and got a 5-10 around 9 pm. looked like it had tons of action. Those guys had at least 40k on the table. For the guy bashing bashing peter two posts ago, i give peter props, the man brought his best dealers with him from wheeling, they all seem happier at the meadows, and they are damn quick! The meadows room is my place and i probably will never even go to the rivers and deal with the stupidity there, to many green dealers without personality!!!!

saw a flyer for tournaments at the Meadows last night. Friday nights they are going to offer sit-and-go's $117 or $65 buy ins 10 or 6 player formats. 15 min blinds 2000 in chips sound pretty good to me i can't wait let's hope pa gaming board gives them the ok soon
