Is Fallsview's comp the same as Woodbine's 50¢/hour Electronic Poker CASH Rewards? Unlike Fallsview's expiring comps which can only be used for food and you get ripped off your points if you don't reswipe the card overnight or forget to sign out, the OLG Slots' new cash rewards are automatically tracked from the minute you sign in to a PokerTek screen and when you quit playing. It can be used for electronic tournament buy-ins, bets, rakes and even the moronic rabbit hunting
if you are one of those degenerates that just can't resist wasting money.
What I'm wondering about is why hardly any of the Fallsview "semi-pros" or regs bother reswiping their cards in the morning before their whole night's comp points are reset to zero (~ 3 AM?). I hate Seneca for its 30% tax withholdings, but I remember that a floor person would ask for everybody's player cards in the morning so that they will get credit for the previous night's session before all the points are reset in the morning. It seems to me that the Fallsview regs that slave away to see 250 hands over a total of ten hours would at least want to get credited for comps, while the Woodbine regs only have to spend five hours to win with the same number of hands.
