Hi guys,

This is a subject that confuses me.

When should I be using Chip Ev and when should I use ICM in 45 mans?

What do you guys do as far as this is concerned?

I want to really get into studying my push/fold strat in ICMizer so it would be awesome to know your take on this.

The best way to get better at ICM is just to abuse an ICM calculator and run hundreds of hundreds of spots yourself and get used to the numbers. I also strongly recomend you to abuse the advance searc feature here and look for ICM/FT spots and just take notes and run the situation yourself, cheers.
