just 2 hands that tilted me for the day so would like to hear some thoughts.

hand one
both UTG and flatter are regs running 23/20 ish over like 80 hands.
don't really need to worry about UTG's range, I think MP3 would flat QQ+ here as welll as medium pairs like 55-88, and would shove 99+, AJ+.

and I don't really think it's that good to shove AQ as you only get better hands to call and worst hand to fold..so a call is optimal as most people/average reg like to check it down unless they hit huge.

    hand 2
btn is really a nit, running 11/9 over 100hands.
this is the hand immediately after the AQ hand.
I wouldn't think we are ever folding AQ to a btn opener despite the fact he is a nit.

shoving seems to much, if we had like 20k, I'm probably shoving this everytime.

calling seem suck, so I thought a 3b could be sexy, as nit do steals from time to time, but the downside to that is that I don't think I could call this nit's shove with AQ, which would turn our hand into 27o by 3b/f..

    thoughts appreciated.

Hand 1 I think a fold is fine. The flat looks super strong; it's never AJo.

Hand 2 a 3-bet fold is awful as I think you say yourself, there's no reason to do this with AQo. A flat would be better than a 3-bet fold for sure here. A shove will be super +EV however you slice it. I think it's the best option.
