Limping Villain was 24/2, BB was 50/0. Is fold pre best in the long run?

Fold pre w/ 30bb for sure, postflop as played fine although I tend to vbet bigger vs fish OTF (esp vs 2 fish) since they float so much. Turn/river sizing looks fine.
