Thoughts on this, especially on flop and turn?

No read on button villain, but later actions from him made me doubt my play here.

My rationale- really scary flat call on flop of 3 bet. Made me think top 2 or sets (esp given no flush draw).

Weak tight to fold turn to overbet? Scared of ghosts in the closet??

    Flop is good.
    Turn fold is good imo.

    I think you can call. He can have weaker 2 pairs and flushdraws, I doubt he has us beat very often in this spot.

    I may be wrong though.
