I recommend playing 45s as well seeing as you will only have 100-140 buyins; they'll lower the variance considerably.

A few questions

How different are the strategies for 45 and 180?
And what ratio should i play like one 45 for every 3 180 ?

In 45s ICM is taken into consideration sooner on the FT than 180s. Aside from that they're pretty similar.

As for the ratio, that's up to you but 1x 45-man to 2x 180s imo.
