i fold due to icm considerations, call if its not the FT

may need to check icm for first so i dunno, seems like shove vs reg, close vs random

pretty standard reshove vs almost everyone

prob theoretical icm fold, dont blame a jam too much i guess

call vs reg, closer vs random but u can prob still call. if its the ft sigh/fold vs random i guess

readless fold all probably, except the #2.
