how is it standard? Shoving to win 1BB. Are we winning this 1BB 11times to balance the times he calls with Ax and PP and we lose?

You suck, your ROI is negative.
just kidding, I give terribad advice too xD
with JQ you are generally about 45% to win (flip) even if called by A10o-
as you may know when called by lower PPs we are flipping. So if he folds 2 out of 3 times and he calls with pocket pairs we will:
loose 1 out of 6 times
we will double up 1 out of 6 times
we will win 2BBs +antes (~27% of our stack) 2 out of 3 times.
You can see in this example that this is +cEV and +$EV.
In this actual situation those are not the odds but are somewhat better in terms of fold equity and somewhat worst in terms of showdown.
Cheers.
As to the hand, you should not consider pushing on BB against someone who defends his SB the same as pushing on SB. Although the SNGwiz might not consider that SB might be an idiot that will call any **** because "the pot odds are great".
I would say push but I may be wrong because of the stats, I am not good at reading stats and don't know how we should act against a 26/0.
Wait I do. This guy limped 5 hands out of 19 on this stage of the tourney.
[X]Idiot
This doesn't even mean he will not be raising his strong hands. Upon further inspection his stats make him an idiot that you have to push against.
