True if his decent. With no stats or reads at this buy in with 4 people left to act he may not correctly consider the effective stack sizes. Some recs just look at there own stack size to often.

Regardless of this its still a fold ofc.

It all depends on the villain if he´s r/f with these odds and what is his opening range, if he´s opening quite wide i dont mind 3bet shoving any Ax vs a wide range with no FE.

But based on this...
