And I ask myself what play was better, KJ or 44 spot, "what if" I play different thoose hands, maybe I would finish 2 or 1 place.
What if, is not the way to think about it You could've folded AA preflop in the right spot and saved yourself a lot of money. It's all about making the right decision, regardless of the result.

Your J is never going to be good, or ahead by much at all, after someone 4-bets on the flop. I understand why you made the min re-raise though. 10 big blinds is very playable in my opinion . You just got unlucky this time, but if you keep making profitable plays you'll end up being a long-term winner; which is what you want.

I understand game theory, but sometimes it seems to me that these little details distinguish differents between good and great poker player.

From my experience, I've seen that simple ABC poker is the most succesful in MTTSNG's. You're going to be shortstacked a lot of the time, and decisions are going to be more obvious most of the time. There's not much levelling and deep thinking involved in jam/fold strategy. Whenever you're in a close spot, try to figure out if a move is profitable or not. This is not always easy, but as you become more experienced, it'll come more naturally. Also, you've taken a great step to share tough spots with a community to help you out. At the small stakes, when you make the right decision most of the time, it will still be profitable. It is helpful to join in discussions and rationalize for yourself why you make each move.

Fold, the best you can hope for is that you're in a flip. He's never folding and considering his raising size, he's barely ever weak here.

Gobsmacked to see A7o lol. You've only put 2 blinds in the pot, and I don't see a reason to risk your tournament life here with 20 bigs.

how about this, he is one of the best regs in this stakes.

        Fold the 88 hand

        ^ QQ above standard
        12-31-2013 , 09:07 AM
So I should fold 20bb 88 vs super loose fish, and to call 27.5 bb QQ vs super nity reg, I make this plays becouse I have a read on my opponents, but I think best way is to fold both hands, nity reg is not pushing 23bb w air, JJ+ AKs hands only, but I had history w him so I call QQ, in other spot I would fold.
        12-31-2013 , 10:24 AM
Didnt see the high 3bet stat with the 8's. How many hands have you got on him? What range do you put him on 3betting from MP3? I doubt these weigh up so its still a fold

QQ still super standard vs that stack size

Every time that this situation occured, he showed up with a big pair. I'm always fold AQ in this situation. I think that his thought process is this: I have a hand that I want to play but I don't want to be outdrawn. So he raises a very big amount (he never folds) but he hopes to get some action. IMO this is JJ, QQ most of the time. I don't care wheather he has other hands in his range. I keep my decisions simple in this spot. Especially in the final table.
