You could've folded AA preflop in the right spot and saved yourself a lot of money. It's all about making the right decision, regardless of the result.
Your J is never going to be good, or ahead by much at all, after someone 4-bets on the flop. I understand why you made the min re-raise though. 10 big blinds is very playable in my opinion
. You just got unlucky this time, but if you keep making profitable plays you'll end up being a long-term winner; which is what you want.
