Doubt I'm ever not playing for all the chips in a 180. If you're ahead of his range in a spot like this you should be calling. 180s are definitely not something you want to chainsaw.

you do realize that this isn't a spot with like 45 ppl left or w/e? The fact that we are 6 from the $$ and risking our stack on a flip with no FE is really really bad. I'm not saying we are playing to min cash. i would rather avoid this flip and shove the next 5 hands in a row. As shoving it allways more +EV then this flip. Especially if we have the ppl left to act covered.

Would be interested in your hearing your thoughts on the hand I posted earlier (post#94).

There seems to be a bit of a disagreement on wether to call or fold.

if he shoves ATC or close to it its a snapcall
bubbling means nothing in a 180 and you should take every +cEV spot with these M until to the later stages (13-14 left between bigstacks and on the FT)
even if the spot is cEV neutral i would call to have more FE for future spots.

I have to disagree. Can't call off with JT when active villains are usually smart enough to expect us to call off with any JQ+, K7+, and any ace or pair. He's not shoving THAT light here. It's too close to call.

im a micro cash player looking to move into these 180's to learn the art of mtt's. where should my learnings start ? i read a few pages of this thread and i get the impression you lot kinda have a chart or some kinda guide to your play. as a cash player my skillz are obvious not going to work so whats the big things to be thinking about. please link me to what ever you can think of to start thx. btw i'm new to this site so be gentle with me

could need some reads but 77+ AJo seems ok to me, widen it to A9, KQ, 55 if he is wide

if you want to play non turbos (4.40 and 10+1 $ BI on Stars) you can use the guide on the first side

for turbos just get a pushbotting chart (use the search function) cause its not more than pushbotting once you reach 100/200 (until then you can play with the non turbo guide imo)
