I am having difficulties to conceptualize the whole thing. I know when I should pf in 45 man , and I know that you should push wider in 180 and tighter in 18 mans but do you guys ( who play 18m / 45/ 180m at the same time) see the pushing as a continuous line or when working on your game ( 18m/45m/180m) you set anchor points on what to shove from where ?

Its probably a weird question but I am hoping for some interested conversation in this.

Getting a bit results oriented here, are we?

This is superstandard.

This was vs a reg (maybe 2+2 not sure). He later claimed in the chat that his call was "standard vs any reg". Thoughts?

You have to be pushing +60% from the button to make the call worth it in relation to the softness of the games. In my optionon good regs have tightened up their pushing ranges from the BTN if they had more than 10BB or less than like 6BB. They wont push 60-70% imo, at least i dont! ( i play 45er)

what is a good ROI on the 6,50 en 3,25 45 man on pokerstars?
09-06-2010 , 11:55 AM
top player probably have about 20% on the 6.5's and 35%ish on the 3's. (Didnt look the numbers up so its an educated guess). So anything thats half of that is really good.
09-06-2010 , 12:18 PM
and what is a decent samplesize too have a look at my ROI?
09-06-2010 , 01:52 PM
ATLEAST 1000, prefer 3000, 5k is almost the nuts

well 30% is too much for the $3.25.
25% for the $3.25 and about 21% for the $6.5. ( Imo that is top of the roof atm)
Games dryed up a bit the last view month.
Minimum 3k of games to estimate somewhat of a realistic roi.

I would like to know this, I have trouble mixing and tightening my shoving in non 180s

Games dried up months ago lol

Also more tables = lower ROI but higher hourly (which is the most important)

what kind of roi is possible at the 2.2 turbo 180 mans on stars?

In the 3.25's some people doing 30% on 2010 SS leaderboard over decent sample, still trying to work out their secret. 35% is not doable any more imo. With 12+ tables, anything approaching 25% is probably good.

For the 2.2 180s, id guess 50% is achievable.

pretty tough spot.
i think its a fold . I rather go all in myself then calling a all in with a marginal hand with no folding equity

Hero (SB): t11976 M = 7.26
BB: t25530 M = 15.47
UTG: t31538 M = 19.11

Pre Flop: (t1650) Hero is SB with 2 K
4 folds, Hero raises to t11901 all in, BB calls t11101

This one ain't turbo. Each blind level goes 15 minutes. If it helps on that hand blind level would be up to 500/1000 in 1 minute. Is this still no brainer and pretty much mandatory shove?Villain seems kind of player who would fold hands like KT and weaker and prob some weak A type of hands.
