Hand from 45 man SNG Hand from 45 man SNG

This is one of my first 2p2 posts and my first in this forum, so please try and bare with me. I don't have HEM, so I don't think I can use the HH Converter (am I right?).

Anyways, this is a hand I played in a $2 45 man. My explanation for how I played the hand is at the bottom of the post. Thanks for taking the time to read/respond. If there are any confusions, I will be more than happy to clarify.

Hero (MP3): 1510 (75.5 bb)
CO: 1350 (67.5 bb)
BB: 4,510 (225.5 bb)
Blinds t10/20

Preflop: Hero is MP3 with KK
UTG+1 folds, UTG+2 folds, MP1 folds, MP2 folds, Hero Raises to 60, BTN folds, SB folds, BB calls 40

Flop: (190) 784 rainbow (3 players)
BB bets 20, Hero raises to 150, CO folds, BB raises to 280, Hero Calls 130

Turn: (750) 4 (2 players)
BB bets 750, Hero tanks, raises to 1300 (all-in), BB calls 550
River: (3,350) 2 (2 players, 1 is all-in)

This was only the 11th hand of the tournament, so I didn't have much history, however he did smooth call an UTG +1 raise with KK in the SB in a previous hand. I thought the Villain's range OTF was 87,56,99+. On the flop, I didn't think much of his min-bet (attributed it to Microstakes donkey-ness). When he min-3bet me, I thought he was pretty strong, but I think that he has an overpair a ton of the time in the Micros. The turn was a 4, which was a great card for me because I can now beat anything in his range besides 56 and AA. When I shoved over his turn bet, I thought that I would be ahead most of the time.

Was I wrong or right with how I played the hand? Could I have played the hand any better?

Raise more preflop bb stack has 4500.

You can save your HH in any folder on your PC, then copy/paste it to the Hand History Converter here, it'll make it much more simple for the future posts.
Regarding your hand, raise it to 4 BB pre, then as simple as raise to 700/call OTF instead of just flatting his 280 miniraise.

Thanks for the responses.
Should I raise 4x b/c of position or BB stack size?
Is 3x too small of a raise in any position? I usually just raise 3x early in mtt's and towards the end I mix it up.
Do you think my line OTF makes it obvious I have an overpair? If I call his bet OTF wouldn't that be bad because I wouldn't have any idea where I'm at in the hand? And if I raise to 700 I'd be pot committed, though, so wouldn't I be forced to call his shove (even though he'd probably have my crushed if he took that line)?
