Is my fold too tight here?

This hand I wonder if I missed a steal spot and what line would be best to take if we play this hand.
If we play this hand, do we r/ f or do we shove?
We are next hand in the BB, so chips lost will hurt our stack very much.

id def shove ax in the first hand
second one being final table with icm it should be a fold. i wouldnt raise/fold anything with 10bb in general.
