sorry might be a basic spot but trying to iron out all the small equity mistakes as well as the big ones.

Is this a cbet into 3 opponents here, favourable board for my range and a gutshot to the straight if i get called?

For me I wouldn't c bet as your not very likely to get folds from all 3. you have about 8% chance of hitting on turn but we also go broke if any of the villain calls flop with a10. Not sure if your player pool is bad enough to do this often with an over and a gs???
Higher bi this would be less of a consideration but I used to find at low buy ins villains that had a hand they were considering 3 betting pre but elected to flat will peel with very little connection to flop.
Depending on stats I would most likely to c bet into 2 villains as you say it does hit our range well. with any more villains we are just to likely to be called by qx kx 10j
