My question is what is my calling range ?

I assign him 25% of push range in SitNGo wizard and the program tells me to
    call with 31%.
    (22+,A4+,A2s+,KT+,K8s+,QT+,Q8s+,JT,J8s+,T9,T7s+,97 s+,86s+,76s)

The range I assigned him is pretty reasonnable I think, and I am wondering if

it is really +ev to call with j8s for exemple. My odds are 1.6-1. I need 35%

equity to call, but I sacrifice a good chunk of my stack for this.

    What are your thoughts?

I would fold with J8s and call at a tighter range than SNG wizard, for the correct reason that u gave, u give up too much of a chunk of ur stack if you lose and lose major fold equity.

Although I would personally shove a much wider range from MP. Most kings are included and maybe from to Q8o.

at which point do we consider our stack to be deep enough to make take a straight cEV call bearing in mind we are still a way off the money?

I think that around 20bb we can take a +ev call from a 5bbish push. 15 might be alright too but im not too sure about it.

When we lose we'd still have 12+'ish bb.
