I have <20 hands on the UTG OR - he's 38/8 over that period and this isn't his first EP raise in that time, but I've not seen any of his PFRs go to showdown.

    The 3bet jammer is 23/7 and hasn't 3bet before.

Should I jam or fold and why?

Your hand likely has the UTG's range crushed, and if the 3bettor is paying attention/reg would have a wider range to 3bet all in since he would know the guy UTG was a fish , therefore your hand would be well ahead of his range too so I'd say shove.

That's assuming the villain who 3 bet is somewhat competent, but based off the numbers 23/7 he's probably just a silly fish jamming his 5 BB's in the pot, so shove anyways ;D
