2 folds, MP3 calls 200, Hero?

Just a little bit confused due to stack sizes, is this a shove or standard 3/4x raise?

Thanks

650/c, postflop should be easy to play in position vs droolers

Were are a little to deep to shove but we can def raise here. But your thinking is correct here.

450 to 600 works

Yeah 450-650 sounds nice, I can never decide what's the optimal sizing here.

Shoving is silly

agree shoving is silly although in a $1 game might have slight merit even tho i shove here approx 0% of the time.

raise to about 675 to 725 preflop. thats a high enough raise preflop to accomplish what a shove would accomplish, while at the same time not being to high of a preflop raise

Also the 1 limp, blinds and anyes are not enough to shove here. Like other have said these are fish. either raise preflop and steal preflop or outplay them in position postflop.

Only time it would be ok to shove in a similar situation to this, is you had everybody limping in, that combined with blinds and antes would make a big enough pot preflop to be worth shoving AJ on the CO, Button

But 1 or 2 limpers is not enough.

Yea, Iso-raise the limper here and play a nice pot in position.

Jamming probably ok if there are spazzes lurking, but iso is definitely my default line

make it 700 imo.

We can overlimp as well. I think we get it in better vs the 3players yet to act when we limp compared to when we make a regular raise. Plus, he's probably not going to fold a ton, so we can see a flop with deeper stacks in position still and avoid some awkward spots when we miss the flop. I think raising and calling are close options and a little better than shoving.
