Villain is a semi aggressive Reg.

My thinking is that he is capped with JJ+ and AQ+ since he would isolate with those instead

The small blind shoving increases my calling range since its a KO

And only a slight chance of the open limper calling

I don't have that much experience with these but it looks like a pretty clear call to me.

BTN only has 16bb. There are numbers of players that won't iso but shove their whole range. It's clear call for us with ATs+, KQs and 66+ IMO. I would treat this as if BTN has shoved first in (just tighten a little bit my range due to the limper and the fact that im not 100% sure about villains range here)
