I'm VERY new to tournament poker, so please don't bash me if this is obvious one way or the other. BTN is 31/0 over 32 hands, BB is 17/17 over 12 hands. No other reads.

4 folds, BTN calls 600, Hero raises to 7,930 and is all-in

Well what is BTN limping, and how is BB responding to steals in general? He seem pretty tight so I expect him to fold at least 50% to steals.

At this level people are calling very light and Q6 isn't really a strong hand to do this stuff with.
