How do u choose what range to shove or fold on such spots assuming most players on the table shove wide, call tight?
Is this hand a shove or a fold?
Thanks in advance

Fold. Buy sng wiz or use free online tools to understand icm decisions particularly if you plan to play mainly 45 mans which require a descent knowledge of icm.

This, though shoving isn't horrible with the pay jumps.

Why is folding here good? We do have a decent hand with 6.7bb. If you fold here, you do have less fold equity in the next few hands..

its a fold bc of the guy with 1 bb and the general extreme shallowness of stacks late in these turbo 45s.

The payjump is so small, so it doesn't really matter I think.

It does matter. Payjumps in 45s are all small. That's how they work.
