Hey guys!

Is that a clear shove in your opinion? If not, where would your shoving range start?

Totally standard. Well played.

Fine to jam ATC here imo

really any two? this is not the ft. i think there are 10 players left.
does anyone know if there is a way to see in pt4 how many players were left at the point of the hand?

yes i know, sorry dont have pt but got to be final 10 or 11 and its not really important here imo..
probably ok to fold hands like 73o if you shoved on him last orbit or something

Nice shove. Certainly don't push any two though.

in the other thread you're shoving like 9bbs with A5o UTG and then wonder if this is okay?
03-23-2013 , 10:40 AM
Well, A5o is a better hand than QTs. But like I wrote, I just want to discuss the hands. This hand was definitely a push for me. Just wanted to see if everybody thinks alike.

In the thread were you pushed A5o, I would MUCH rather shove QTs UTG. Anyways, it's a shove, nh.

Default Push

Any two BlindVsBlind is so outdated, people call way too light to make any two profitable most of the time, but yeah this is like a fist-pump shove.

(BvB shove range is still super wide ovi)

No it's not. I'd shove about 50% or so here.

I think it's pretty interesting. There are a lot of factors here ...

- Wich range is +ev (depends on villain offcourse)

- We're close to the final table. People start feeling ICM an tighten up a bit already so I guess we could be a little looser

- We're close to the final table and we have a midstack .. wich kinda sucks at the final table due to ICM it will drastically tighten up our range. So in my case I like to take a little more risk here to get a decent stack for the FT. 2 pushes can make the difference between a nice stack and a midstack here .. So again I'll loosen up

- If villain thinks the same as me, or knows me I tighten up

But I'm pretty sure I won't go tighter than this=
(60.5%) 2+,A2+,K2+,Q2s+,Q6o+,J3s+,J8o+,T4s+,T7o+, 95s+,97o+,84s+,87o,74s+,76o,63s+,53s+,43s

But in many cases I will just shove anytwo here.. I think its profitable as long as they don't call midkings ... I'm still at the $3.5 though so I guess you can tighten up here .. anytwo probably is not standard at the $7 I guess

Still would push 80% standard though (unless I have reads)

Chance is you get called by an Ax ... many of them are in his range .. so I'd rather push QTs than A5o ... A5o is likely to be dominated when called , QTs is not dominated as strong
