It should be a fold probably, but the kind of players who have a 20% gap between their VPIP and PFR (the 3-bet stat suggests you probably have around 30 hands on him, which is enough to know he's suboptimal - someone with an underlying gap of 6% just isn't going to run 20% even over that kind of sample) can show up with all kinds of stuff that doesn't make sense here because they are sub-optimal players. I have seen the results but I wouldn't have been surprised by 77 or really anything.

    ???? whut?

Against a incompetent player I am never folder this. He could easily be playing A2-AQ, 22+ or fd's. Like Lektor puts out.. So much value in a call here...

^ That sounds right and game theory-wise we have to call this nearly half the time (given MP3 isn't going to defend it much for us) but I'm reluctant to say this myself because I can remember going bust so many times in this kind of spot

There are some players who always have two pair or better and there are some players who always have draws and would never overbet with a strong hand. It's the kind of spot where you would make notes but in a player pool this big it's probably not worth doing. Without reads it's a close one for sure.
