Is this shove too loose from me? I am really struggling with small pairs in early position when I got around 10-20 bbs, is there anywhere where I can learn more about profitable shoves with them?

you need to look at push/fold ranges

with 10bb + ante (3M) you can shove around 20% of your hands from utg+2

22+, a-8+, a-2s+,k-9s+, kjo+, q-9s+,qjo+,j9s+, 9-10s

playing 30$ 180s you really should know this.

How do you come up with all the numbers? Like, why 20%? I don't mind to do some own work, but I need to know where to start at.

its easier to use the work of others than to do it yourself, so I would study the charts made by players like jennifear, or just google push/fold charts, the bottomrange is unexploitable.

you do however need to calculate blinds into some of them if they use bb instead of M
