Jam pre is probs best unless you have a dynamic where you think you can induce,

would you elaborate on why you think r/c is more profitable?

With most players you can raise fold bigstack and raise call smallstack here way more profitably, I usually don`t give random 3.30 players credit for monkey jamming 16bb wide often enough deep in tournies to exploit you. Here though, I`d probably be multitabling, see the two 3b numbers over 10 and go for the jam dunk.

generally shove, you aren't really inducing from enough hands to make it better to r/c..
for balance if you like to r/f a lot here vs top (read: top, i.e. almost no one) regs you prob need to r/c hands like this to balance/strengthen your overall range.
obv vs some monkeys you have notes on for having shoved crazy wide in the past (stuff like 87o 54s k5o k2s or even worse), you can r/c this
vs. some r/f is more profitable than just shoving (or r/c) but usually vs. most shoving is best
